When I look back, I can genuinely feel how much has slowly changed within me. Especially with my weight, I’ve slowly started understanding that it was never just about food or exercise. Stress, emotional patterns, overthinking, exhaustion and the things we carry within us can affect the body so deeply. ❤️🩹
It really feels like I am slowly rewiring myself. Even now, I still get triggered, and sometimes the old patterns come back. But there is this little voice inside me now that gently says, “It’s okay… come back. You don’t have to go back to the old you.” ❤️
That little voice gives me so much strength. I may still have a long way to go, but I know I’m not the same person I was two years ago. I’m learning to understand myself, be kinder to myself and choose differently, one little step at a time. 🌷
