To cleanse the crystal, use salt water and spray on it. You should cleanse the crystal every 20 days. If someone touches it, cleanse immediately. |

However, I was a little disappointed to find that one of the bracelet bands was broken when it arrived. I hope this can be looked into for better packaging or quality check next time.
