There is something in myself that has been changed in last 4 days, I don't know how to put it in words but the summary goes like, I know i messed up in life somewhere and it's okay, it's okay to restart. That restart comes by acknowledging and empathizing rather than being tough on your inner self. The realisation of something this simple have made my think a lot and start a journey on changing myself.
